On September 22, 2011 the Summer Hope Foundation welcomed a record-setting 300 guests to the 9th Annual Summer Hope Benefit and raised an all-time high of $75,000 in support of our fight against cancer. We would like to thank our 2011 HOPE Honoree, David Flanz, for leading this year's charge, as well as the Summer Hope Foundation Board, Volunteers and Donors for making this success possible!

RELAY FOR LIFE OF NORTH SHORE - THE SUMMER HOPE TEAM
On Saturday, June 4th Summer Hope put together a team to participate in the North Shore Relay For Life that raised $3,540 for the American Cancer Society! Thank you to all of the team members that came out on the day to sell Christmas ornaments & desserts. And a very special thank you to the team's top fundraiser Annemarie Potucek, who raised $780!!
MAKING STRIDES AGAINST BREAST CANCER
– JONES BEACH WALK
On Sunday, October 17th, Summer Hope’s Strides team participated in Making Strides Against Breast Cancer at Jones Beach. Thanks to our dedicated team members and our team captains – Robert Bambrick & Jennifer Recine, we were able to raise approximately $3,000 for the cause.
